- Junior Engineer (Civil): Three Diploma Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University or Institute. B.E (Civil Engineering) with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent Grade Point Average from a recognized University or Institute.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): BE (Electrical Engineering) with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent Grade Point Average from a recognized University or Institute.Three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering(D.EE) with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University / Institute.
- Works Supervisor: Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering (D.Civil) with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University or institute.
